Kori Whitley, MD

Dr. Whitley graduated from Appalachian State University and earned her medical degree from East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine. She completed her residency at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. She has a passion for women’s health, specializing in reproductive medicine, and she enjoys counseling adolescents, educating women on health maintenance, and helping women through difficult physical and emotional transitions in life.
In addition to her board certification, Dr. Kori Whitley has received her focused practice designation in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery (MIGS) and pediatric and adolescent gynecology (PAG). The MIGS-focused practice designation recognizes her additional expertise in minimally invasive gynecologic surgical techniques gained through clinical experience and formal training. She also has extensive experience providing obstetric care during high-risk pregnancies.
She and her husband, Wyatt, are invested in providing health care to eastern North Carolina. She enjoys spending time with her two children, exercising, fishing, and skiing.
