You’ve made it! The major holidays are over, the families are gone, and now all you have left to do is put away decorations and ring in the New Year. But just as soon as you rid one major source of anguish, here comes the next dilemma: What’s your resolution? In today’s culture, much of who we are is defined by our age, but that doesn’t have to be that way. We can defy stereotypes and live an active life no matter what age we are. Just because our bodies are getting older, doesn’t mean they aren’t as healthy as they used to be. Continuing our series on healthy aging, this week we’re going to talk about some creative and healthy activities for older adults.
